Couple on gross margins here. I think you kind of addressed this a little bit in your prepared remarks. 19.6% adjusted gross margin in 2018, you’re 19.8% at the midpoint of guidance. Typically, you’d see in this kind of bit more deflationary environment some pressure on gross margins. And I think you mentioned maybe some of the — the absence of some of these large projects from 2018 gives you a bit of a tailwind on gross margins there. But maybe you could just discuss what the puts and takes are that gave you that 20 basis points of expansion in 2019, despite some of the commodity deflation we’re seeing here?

I would love to see Catalyst do a program on the low-carb high-fat (LCHF) diet.Last year I tried a ‘healthy’ high-carb low-fat diet, while also running and swimming 4 times a week. I lost 2 kg but it was difficult. I always felt like binge eating and it was tough mentally and I often lapsed. When I stopped running due to an injury I ended up putting on all the weight I lost and then some.This year I’ve been following the low-carb high-fat diet since April and have lost 8kg. The brilliant thing is that I don’t have to fight my body. The diet is not hard, there is no hunger for food, there is no battle with the brain. I eat eggs for breaky, steak and cream for lunch, etc., plus a heap of veges. My energy levels feel more constant and I’m not always thinking about food.There is a bit of controversy around the diet as the old stalwarts resist and suggestion that fat can be part of healthy eating. They say people have to control themselves more and control their hunger. But really, does it sound right that the natural state of being is to be constantly fighting hunger, or that the 2/3rds of people who are overweight are lazy and lack discipline? Remove processed carbs, add fat.

Employee #1 used 3 tubes of Devcon Plastic Welder Adhesive and Activator to attach the letters. The Devcon Plastic Welder Adhesive and Activator contain the following: methacrylic acid; methyl methacrylate monomer; chlorosulfonated polyethylene; carbon tetrachloride; 3, 5- diethyl-1, 2-dihydro-1-phenyl-2-propylpyridine; and trade secret ingredients. He stated that he used the product for a total of 2.5 hours and experienced no health symptoms during the use of the product. He stated that later that night, at approximately 9:00 p.m., he started experiencing a headache, which he characterized as more severe than the headaches he normally experiences and also experienced a bloody nose.
