Midstream Permian basin activity will be strong, offset by a slowdown in Northeast U.S. gas transmission infrastructure spend. Our Canadian business is nearly 80% upstream and is being negatively impacted by the crude differentials and government imposed production restrictions. Our International segment is being impacted by an $80 million decline from the ramping up of the TCO future growth project.

But reinforcement learning, too, has pretty major limitations. In the real world, most situations are not organized around a single, narrowly defined goal. Where you fail is to recognize that the Alberta climate and conditions are much different than conditions in Australia.. Your examples of solar power in Australia may prove good for Australia, but they don’t work in Canadian Latitudes. We are doing this exercise in order to save on CO2. Ask yourself, how much CO2 will be released if we replace all Alberta houses with more thermally efficient housing. Because you have identified some problems with the oil industry you don’t throw it out of the window and replace it with something that cannot do the same job here.. My suggestion to you is to start thinkin faster and write slower.
