(1) Erection of scaffold
1) The erection sequence of portal scaffold is as follows: Foundation preparation → placing base plate → placing base → erecting two single portal frames → installing cross bar → installing scaffold board → repeatedly installing portal frame, cross bar and scaffold board on this basis.
2) The foundation must be compacted, and a layer of 100mm thick ballast should be paved, and the drainage slope should be made to prevent ponding.
3) The portal steel pipe scaffold shall be erected from one end to the other end, and the previous scaffold shall be erected after the next scaffold is erected. The erection direction is opposite to the next step.
4) For the erection of portal scaffold, two portal frames shall be inserted into the end base, and then the cross bar shall be installed for fixation, and the lock plate shall be locked. Then the subsequent portal frame shall be erected. For each frame, the cross bar and lock plate shall be installed immediately.
5) Cross bridging shall be set outside the portal steel pipe scaffold, and shall be set continuously vertically and longitudinally.
6) The scaffold must be provided with reliable connection with the building, and the distance between the connectors shall not be greater than 3 steps horizontally, 3 steps vertically (when the scaffold height is < 20m) and 2 steps (when the scaffold height is > 20m).
(2) Removal of scaffold
1) Preparations before dismantling the scaffold: comprehensively inspect the scaffold, focusing on whether the connection and fixation of fasteners and support system meet the safety requirements; Prepare the demolition scheme according to the inspection results and site conditions and obtain the approval of the relevant department; Conduct technical disclosure; Set up fences or warning signs according to the situation of the demolition site, and assign special personnel to guard; Remove the materials, wires and other sundries left in the scaffold.
2) Non operators are not allowed to enter the working area where the shelves are removed.
3) Before removing the frame, the approval procedures of the person in charge of on-site construction shall be carried out. When removing the frame, there must be a special person to command, so as to achieve up and down echo and coordinated action.
4) The removal sequence shall be that the parts erected later shall be removed first, and the parts erected first shall be removed later. The removal method of pushing or pulling down is strictly prohibited.
5) The fixed parts shall be removed layer by layer with the scaffold. When the last section of riser is removed, the temporary support shall be erected for reinforcement before the fixed parts and supports can be removed.
6) The dismantled scaffold parts shall be transported to the ground in time, and throwing from the air is strictly prohibited.
7) The scaffold parts transported to the ground shall be cleaned and maintained in time. Apply antirust paint as required, and store and stack according to varieties and specifications.
